Are you passionate about ceramics and looking for an opportunity to contribute to a thriving ceramics studio? We are excited to announce a call for volunteers to join our ceramics studio team! As a volunteer, you'll have the chance to gain hands-on experience, learn new techniques, and be part of a creative community.

Responsibilities:

  • Assisting with studio maintenance, including cleaning, organizing tools and materials, and preparing clay.

  • Supporting the studio during open studio hours and acting as a point of contact with enrolled students.

  • Assisting with kiln loading and unloading, glazing, and firing processes.

  • Helping with administrative tasks such as inventory management and record keeping.

  • Participating in studio events, exhibitions, and community outreach programs.

Requirements:

  • Passion for ceramics and a desire to learn and grow in a creative environment.

  • Basic knowledge of ceramics techniques is preferred, but not required.

  • Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions.

  • Reliable, responsible, and committed to the volunteer role.

  • Availability for a minimum of 2 hours per week (flexible schedules can be accommodated).
